Terms and Conditions
- Minimum Order Policy:
Minimum order is 1 X 20” container, but 1 X 40” container is highly recommended.
- Price:
All prices are
in US dollar. All prices are subject to change
without prior notice. Orders sent to our company shall be considered valid, if we have confirmed in return in written.

Terms Of Payment:
We prioritize transaction based on Irrevocable L/C At Sight.
To avoid costly amendment and other bank charges, draft of transfer form or L/C should be faxed before transfer or opening of L/C to be done.
All changers from the bank transfer are to be paid by the customer.
The customer also agrees to take full responsibility for all import duties on merchandise in destinations country.
Customer must be faxing the transfer slip to us so we start the productions.
For the Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) 50% Deposit is required to confirm the production of the order. After received of balance payment, original documents will be send via courier service. Transfer should be done to our Bank.
- Claims:
Any complain must be with the evidence, such as photographs. We need 3 photographs ( it takes from front-side, side and back-side. Especially for chair, we also need the leg's photograph) for each complained units.
Orders not claimed by customer for a period of 2 weeks or more without any confirmation will be declared “unclaimed” and will be melted
Deposits on unclaimed orders are NOT refundable
And the insurance will be responsible about the customer's claim within 2 weeks by received order.
- Cancelation:
In case
of order cancellations, deposited payments are not
refundable.
- Quality Control:
We work with so many customers around the world and we are perfectly aware of habits and customs practiced, and we give 1 year warranty for the product quality.
- Packing: Since we do warranty and 100% safety delivery,
we do extra packaging with carton box beside foam sheet and single faced paper.
carton box extra packaging require additional cost.
As it is on our best interest to have repeat customers, so you can be sure that we will control all your product pieces by pieces, details by details.
